Job Description

We are looking for a super sharp Finance Manager to join a European-wide private equity firm, to look after the Central London finance function, as part of a wider European finance team.

\n\n

This role will be responsible for payments and managing the cash flow, reporting to the UK-based chief executive and CFO in Luxembourg.

\n\n

The ideal candidate must have at least 3-5 years in administration and/or controlling roles within a financial institution.

\n\n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and availability to travel are essential, alongside Italian language knowledge.

\n\n

Hours: 9.30-5.30pm

\n\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Cash management, payment execution and treasury
  • \n\t
  • Bank and financial provider administrative fulfilment
  • \n\t
  • Basic tax and fiscal documentation fulfilment
  • \n\t
  • Basic financial planning under the Group CFO / team guidance
  • \n\t
  • Balance sheets drafting / accounting
  • \n\t
  • Support to Finance team at Group level
  • \n\t
  • Administrative support to the London Office
  • \n
