Joiner / Maintenance Engineer

Barlows UK Ltd are looking for a proactive, energetic, and motivated individual to join their team as a Joiner / Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and providing an excellent level of service across a variety of projects. Role Overview This is a varied and hands-on role involving: Private domestic, light commercial, and insurance-related projects General joinery work including installation, repair, and maintenance Fitting kitchens, doors, skirting boards, architraves, and flooring Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks Basic multi-trade work (e.g., minor plumbing, decoration, patch plastering, or tiling) where required Property repairs and refurbishment work Measuring, cutting, and installing materials to a high standard Working both independently and alongside other trades Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards Qualifications, Experience & Skills NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years experience in joinery or maintenance roles Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Full UK driving licence (essential) Good communication and customer service skills Experience in multi-trade xehkeey environments (advantageous) Any additional qualifications or relevant skills will be considered an advantage please include full details of your experience, capabilities, and qualifications when applying.
