The Role
- Acting as a point of contact for existing and newly onboarded clients
- Taking time to understand client objectives, challenges and priorities
- Supporting account activity and ensuring smooth communication
- Identifying opportunities where additional services could add value
- Working closely with senior account managers and consultants
- Keeping client information organised and up to date
- This is a thoughtful, consultative role designed to build confidence and long-term commercial skills.
Training & Development
- Structured onboarding and account management training
- Ongoing coaching from experienced commercial professionals

Salary & Benefits
- £32,000 base salary + £10,000 OTE
- Performance-related bonus
- Hybrid working based in Truro, Cornwall
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
