What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted and approachable point of contact
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Assist with coordinating projects and keeping everything on track and running efficiently
- Help identify ways to add value to client accounts, supporting long-term relationships and growth
