At Unboxed Psychology, we combine behavioural science and patient engagement expertise. We are a consultancy, specialising in health psychology and behaviour change principles. Providing strategic services across healthcare, directly and indirectly working with healthcare agencies, pharmaceutical and biotech companies to infuse behaviour science like no other.



About the Role

As Junior Account Manager, you will be a key part of our mission. building strong client relationships, delivering impactful projects, and driving commercial growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, has exceptional communication skills, and brings a strategic outlook to every challenge.



Key Responsibilities

·       Client Engagement: Act as a trusted partner for clients in healthcare, life sciences, and advocacy by providing responses to Client emails and be able to highlight where projects are tracking on calls/emails, asking any questions to manager. Able to update status reports and send contact reports capturing meeting actions in a timely manner.

·       Project Delivery: Support the Client Services Lead to deliver end-to-end delivery of consultancy, training, and research projects. Coordinate with psychologists, researchers, and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered to meet timeline and budget needs, Be able to check the work and coordinate sign off and file work in the appropriate place, ensuring all amends accurately actioned prior to sending to Client, delivering the work that you are proud to hand over to Clients

·       Understand resource requirements for each job and be able to start to input resource requirements across the project.

·       Financial support: Raise invoices, track estimation and reconcile the project and try to pre-empt any issues, raising concerns with manager.

·       Taking ownership of projects. With direction, take ownership of elements of a project and be responsible for delivery and actively support other members of the team to achieve delivery deadlines. This may be helping to proofread, doing desk research or organising meetings, editing slide decks but being proud to be part of the team and supporting the team to deliver brilliant work.

·       Strategic Contribution: Start storing insights from clients into the behavioural science and patient engagement team to inform client strategies.



Skills & Qualifications

·       1 year experience in account management or client services, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or behavioural science.

·       Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

·       Have a passion to work as part of a start-up.

·       Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
