Responsibilities and duties of the Junior Account Manager role

Reporting to the Contract Manager you will:

Act as the main liaison for client accounts, managing day-to-day communications and relationship development. Lead and coordinate the delivery of operational and contractual obligations across multiple energy infrastructure projects. Attend and contribute to client meetings, ensuring clarity and consistency of project updates and expectations. Provide monthly financial and operational reports to clients, including analysis and commentary. Monitor and ensure that contractual KPIs and service level agreements are met or exceeded. Translate client requirements into internal actions, working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance teams. Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Oversee contract administration, including documentation, compliance tracking, and milestone reporting.
