Role: Junior Account Manager

Salary: £28,000 + £10,000 OTE

Location: Bolton

Our client provides managed network solutions to organisations across the UK, helping them stay connected, secure, and operating efficiently. As they continue to grow, they’re expanding their commercial team and looking for a Junior Account Manager to support existing clients and new accounts.

This role is well suited to a graduate or early-career professional who enjoys building relationships and wants to develop a long-term career in account management. No previous tech or sales experience is required.

The Role

You’ll work with a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, supporting them as they use and expand their network solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day client relationships
• Building rapport with key decision-makers
• Identifying opportunities to support client growth
• Tracking account activity, renewals, and pipeline
• Ensuring a high standard of service and support

Training & Progression

You’ll receive industry-leading training through the Furza Sales Academy, alongside on-the-job support, giving you the foundations to progress quickly into Senior Account Manager or Client Partner roles.
