£25K base + commission | Fully Remote (UK) We're hiring a Sales Development Rep to join a high-performing, high-energy sales team within a fast-growing MSP and IT solutions provider. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable working remotely, wants to smash phones, book meetings, and break into the tech sales world with the right training, support, and incentives to succeed. You'll be booking appointments for our experienced Account Directors - helping feed the team with qualified meetings, drive pipeline and building the foundation for your own career whilst growing your sales skills in a real, structured environment. What you will be doing: High-volume outbound calling to warm/cold prospects Booking meetings for senior sales team members Working in a KPI-driven environment Measured on meetings booked, but commission paid on qualified meetings sat Learning how to succeed in tech sales from the ground up What We're Looking For: You might be working in a contact centre or support environment right now - ready for a step into tech sales Comfortable dialling out, working through a database, and setting up quality meetings for experienced Account Directors to close No specific background needed - it's all about attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and able to work remotely, stay productive, and own your goals ...
