Junior Executive Assistant

Location: Central London

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote), 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: £30k - £32k (DOE)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for an early career executive assistant to join the team at a boutique healthcare consultancy. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build hands-on experience and gain administrative skills in a dynamic team and get exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to a Director, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting and event coordination.
  • Assisting senior EA with ad hoc tasks and work closely to provide support.
  • Coordinating day-to-day office operations, such as supplies, upkeep, and meeting arrangements.
  • Supporting the team with any other administrative and logistical tasks as needed.

About You
  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • A flexible, positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow in the role.
