Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Junior Estimator to join their team, working on a mix of office-based tasks and on-site projects across the Midlands.\n\nIn this role, you will work closely with the commercial team to assist in the full estimating lifecycle, from logging new enquiries and preparing tender documents to attending site visits and supporting pricing submissions. Your week will typically include three days in the Derby office and two days on-site, mainly across Birmingham and the Midlands region. As you develop, you will have the opportunity to progress to Senior Estimator level, with structured training, quarterly reviews, and management opportunities as the business grows.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, confident with Excel, and happy to travel to site when needed with a full UK drivers' licence.
