Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeDirect message the job poster from Marks SattinSenior Recruitment Consultant specialising in finance.A B-Corp Certified, travel organiser is seeking a Junior Finance Business Partner to progress their career with them and support the Finance Team.Role & Responsibilities:Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.Monitor the company's financial performance.Work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.Measure the company's financial performance based on financial records.Identify problem areas and work with company management to suggest improvements.Effectively communicate with non-finance members of the business.Maintain domestic and non-domestic rates as well as House licences.Manage Accounts Receivable inbox.Run reports and analysis when required.Assist in the month and year-end audits.This is an exciting and rare opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ experience within a finance role, who is looking to progress their career to the next level.
