Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of natural capital investment strategies
• Conduct research and analysis on commercial forestry, rural land management, and nature-based solutions
• Support the team in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities
• Contribute to the creation of investment memorandums, financial models, and presentations
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance and market trends
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of investment strategies

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in natural capital, real assets, real estate, or alternative investment sectors
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling
• Passion for sustainable investing and a genuine interest in natural capital strategies
