Junior Linux Sys Admin - £30K - £50K

Our client is a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, building cutting-edge data platforms for companies around the world.

In their central London office, hybrid working, they’re looking to hire a Junior Linux-focussed Support Engineer / Sys Admin - Someone keen to learn and develop - a "2nd jobber"

You’ll work across everything from desktop and EUC support to network support, Linux and server engineering, ongoing automation projects and supporting Java applications and integrations.

Requirements:

• IT and Infrastructure support experience
• Experience of user-facing IT and tech support
• Linux skills
• Kowledge of networking (VLANs, Firewalls, routing, switching etc)
• Bash scripting
• Docker exp woulw be ideal
• An understanding of Java applications and MySQL would be ideal
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly, approach to work
• CompTIA certification(s) would be ideal
