Our client is one of the UK’s most respected architectural signage and brand design firms. Operating from state-of-the-art facilities in Leeds and the North West, they partner with some of the largest retailers on the high street.
Due to a significant increase in contract wins and multi-site expansions, we are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager (or experienced Project Coordinator) to join their fast-paced delivery team in South Leeds.
The Role
This is a pivotal role for someone looking to transition from coordination into full project management. Initially assisting the Senior PMs, you will ultimately take ownership of roll out works and bespoke one-off projects for a Tier-1 retail account.
* Project Coordination: Act as the primary link between the client, in-house production, and site installation teams.
* Logistics & Scheduling: Orchestrate installation arrangements with sub-contractors and in-house crews
* Commercial Support: Maintain project trackers and CRM systems, ensuring all data is accurate for billing and reporting.
* Problem Solving: Manage reactive queries, providing swift solutions to maintenance issues to protect the client’s brand integrity.
Person Specification
* You will ideally have a background in signage, shopfitting, or point-of-sale (POS). Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
* Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts and "reactive" priorities without losing attention to detail.
* Confident and professional when dealing with clients and site-based contractors.
* This role is designed for someone who wants to move into a full Project Management role within 12–18 months.
Package & Benefits
* Permanent, full-time position in a stable, growing firm.
* Office-based in South Leeds with free on-site parking.
* Company-wide bonus scheme and clear internal progression path.
* Access to industry-leading training and manufacturing technology
