Key Responsibilities

* Cost Planning: Assist in budgeting for prestigious, high-spec residential developments.

* Procurement: Source and manage specialist artisans and luxury sub-contractors.

* Valuations: Conduct site visits across the South Coast to track progress and validate payments.

* Variations: Manage and price project changes—a vital skill in the bespoke build sector.

* Reporting: Support monthly CVRs to ensure project profitability.

Candidate Requirements

* Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related Construction discipline.

* Attributes: High attention to detail, strong numeracy, and professional communication skills.

* Location: Commutable to Portsmouth/Hampshire.
