Sales Administrator (Junior) Location: City-based Working pattern: 3 days per week, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Sales Administrator to support inbound sales activity and day-to-day administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage in their career who is keen to develop within a fast-paced, client-focused service environment.

Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up Maintain and update CRM systems (including Microsoft Dynamics) Assist with preparing proposals, client communications, and sales documentation Handle incoming calls professionally and confidently Support the coordination of viewings, meetings, and client interactions Ensure all data is accurately recorded and managed in line with company processes Skills & Experience Minimum of 1 year administrative experience (any sector) Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Confident communication skills with the ability to engage with clients professionally Commercial awareness and ability to negotiate where required Comfortable handling calls and working in a client-facing environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM system) is advantageous Service industry experience is beneficial but not essential Personal Attributes Positive, “roll up your sleeves” attitude Well-presented with a professional and polished appearance Personable and confident, with a strong focus on client service Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive approach
