Incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join this fresh food kitchen located on the coast of Cornwall. As well as using local suppliers, there is also a stunning kitchen garden offering an array of seasonal produce and seasonality is at the heart of the menus.
So what will you be doing?: Assisting the Sous Chef and the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen Managing one of the sections Involvement in providing new ideas for the menu Managing health and safety, ordering and rotas Working hours are 40 hours per week, over 5 days
What we are looking for: A Chef de Partie looking for a step up or a Junior Sous Chef Passion! For food, ingredients and sustainability Confidence and ability to support a dynamic team Knowledge and ability to work all areas of the kitchen Excellent communication skills
able to chat to suppliers as well as colleagues Previous experience in a similar role
