The ideal candidate will have experience within a quality fresh food kitchen, be confident running sections and supporting junior team members and have a genuine passion for seasonal, modern British cuisine.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Helplead the team during service
Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
Assist with training and development of junior chefs
Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Uphold all food hygiene and health & safety standards
