As a Junior Sous Chef at Broadwick Soho, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across all sections of our kitchen, supporting the Senior Sous and Executive Chef in the delivery of innovative, seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. In addition, you will be responsible for food hygiene standards, management supervision of the team, training and coaching. The 8th floor kitchen delivers food for Flute, In Room Dining, Private Dining and our colleague canteen. This role includes collaborating closely with our food the beverage team, procurement, events and our other culinary team in Dear Jackie and also acts as a role model to inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every guest experience is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. What do we need from you? Experience in a similar role in a kitchen brigade in a luxury hospitality operation. Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with people easily. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure. Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
