This boutique estate is celebrated for its seasonal, ingredient-led menus, where produce is often grown on-site and every dish reflects a deep respect for quality and provenance.
They are now looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their passionate brigade. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a kitchen that champions creativity, sustainability, and refined yet honest cooking.

Who you are:
You have experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef De Partie ready to step up
Youre passionate about seasonal, produce-led cooking
You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in every plate
You thrive in a collaborative kitchen environment and enjoy supporting and mentoring others
You remain calm and focused during busy services
What youll do:
Support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Help lead service, ensuring dishes are delivered to the highest standard
Assist with the training and development of junior team members
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Contribute ideas to menus, bringing creativity while respecting the estates ethos
