We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Junior Sous Chef to join The Connaught culinary team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe hotel - The Connaught. Responsibilities: As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef and hold a key role in the day-to-day operation to execute the menu. You will be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and in delivering quality dishes and products, thoughtfully created by Michelin starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten. You will take an organised approach to your role and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, sharing your knowledge and supporting in the training and development of more junior chefs in the brigade.
