Buckden Partners have been mandated by a UK retail bank with a strong focus on real estate finance. Their bridging finance team provides tailored lending solutions to professional property investors and developers across the UK. They are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team and help drive growth in the Midlands.
Role Overview As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for thenetwork of property brokers, introducers, and clients in the Midlands. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships, originating new business, and supporting our bridging finance proposition, ensuring clients receive excellent service and the right lending solutions.
Candidate Profile / Requirements Proven experience in property finance, bridging finance, or specialist lending, ideally in a UK bank or non-bank lender. Strong network of property brokers and professional property clients in the Midlands. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Commercially astute with the ability to structure lending solutions to meet client needs. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
