Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, your mission is to drive sustainable, profitable growth of Edwards, in line with Customer Center and Divisional objectives.
The successful candidate will develop a clear and cohesive strategy to maintain a leadership position within the EMEA market and will have KPI responsibility to grow revenue, UGP, Market Contribution, NWC, and Market Share.
You will:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that promote all semiconductor products under the Edwards brand to build and reinforce our solution and profitability.
- Develop and own customer Account Plan strategy, including “virtual fab” when applicable, to maximize opportunity in Germany. Clearly identify plan of action and milestones.
- Orchestrate all account support resources to drive the plan of action (matrix organization - Technology, Availability, Project Management, NPI) in alignment with their Divisional and Product Company reporting lines.

- You have 5 years of experience, working in strategic and conceptual capabilities to lead and develop a regional business, with a proven track record of delivering results in sales and marketing and sound commercial awareness.
- Result-driven, with a radiant personality capable of inspiring enthusiasm within a matrix organization.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively through various media.
- Able to apply conceptual and analytical thinking, using qualitative and quantitative tools to develop and deploy marketing plans.
- Demonstrated effective project management skills with consistent achievement of on-time, on-target delivery.

Job location:
Hybrid — this role offers a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between remote work and being on-site at our Edwards office in Dresden, Germany.
