Key Account Manager – Industrial Components & MRO

Covering South Yorkshire | Full-time, Permanent


We’re working with a well-established, market leading distributor within the MRO industry. They are looking for a Key Account Manager to cover the South Yorkshire area, taking ownership of major customer relationships, driving sales growth and delivering outstanding service.


⭐The Role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key industrial accounts
  • Develop long-term partnerships with customers to understand their needs
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services
  • Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, product presentations, and contract reviews.


About You

✅Proven experience in key account management, business development, or sales within an industrial, engineering, or MRO environment

✅Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset

✅Commercially astute with the ability to spot opportunities and negotiate effectively

✅Comfortable visiting client sites across the region

✅Knowledge of products such as bearings, seals, motors, gearboxes, or similar is beneficial but not essential
