We are working with a highly respected automotive supplier involved in the manufacture of interior trim components for major OEM customers. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth as we move into 2026, supported by strong order intake, new programme awards, and continued investment in innovative material and process technologies. As part of this growth, they are now recruiting a Key Account Manager to take ownership of one of their most strategically important OEM relationships.

The Opportunity This is a senior, relationship-led commercial role, responsible for developing and strengthening a long-term OEM partnership within the interior trim space. You will: Act as the primary commercial interface with a major automotive OEM Build trusted relationships with engineering, purchasing and programme teams Engage early in vehicle development cycles around interior trim solutions Identify future opportunities and upcoming programmes Coordinate internally with engineering, quality, project and operations teams Support both technical and commercial discussions This is a role for someone who naturally develops accounts , not just manages them. About You You will ideally bring: Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 interior trim suppliers A strong understanding of interior trim products, materials or manufacturing processes Confidence engaging with OEM engineers on future interior concepts A commercially astute, relationship-driven mindset The credibility to operate with senior OEM stakeholders You dont need to be a traditional salesperson

You would be expected to spend the majority of your time with the OEM customer, with some time in the office and the ability to work from home where appropriate.
