Job Description

Key Account Manager

Cleanroom Solutions | South East & M4 Corridor | Multi‑Million Pound Portfolio

Are you a relationship‑driven commercial operator who knows how to grow and protect high‑value accounts? Our client is a leading specialist in cleanroom solutions and is looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a multi‑million‑pound customer base across the South East and M4 Corridor.

This is a role for someone who thrives on strategic account development, long‑term customer partnerships, and delivering exceptional service in technically demanding environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of high‑value accounts across the South East and M4 Corridor
  • Driving growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and proactive opportunity spotting
  • Strengthening retention by building trusted, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Acting as the commercial lead for major customers, ensuring service excellence and contract performance
  • Collaborating with technical, project, and service teams to deliver solutions that meet strict cleanroom and compliance standards
  • Producing accurate forecasts and account plans to support business growth targets

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, ideally within technical, engineering, facilities, or controlled‑environment sectors
  • Strong commercial instincts — able to spot opportunities and negotiate effectively
  • A relationship‑builder who can operate confidently with senior decision‑makers
  • Comfort working with complex, multi‑site customers
  • A proactive, organised operator who enjoys autonomy and takes ownership

Cleanroom experience isn’t essential — but technical curiosity and the ability to learn quickly absolutely is.

Why join?

  • A respected specialist brand with long‑standing customer relationships
  • A high‑value, warm account base ready for someone to elevate it further
  • Genuine autonomy to shape your region and customer strategy
  • Strong investment in innovation and service quality
  • A supportive, people‑first culture where you’re trusted to deliver
  • A competitive remuneration package, inclusive of company car, bonus and benefits.
