An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive and experienced individual to join the vibrant retail environment of Bicester as a Keyholder, representing a variety of prestigious fashion, beauty, and accessories brands. This role offers a fantastic chance to work within luxury retail.
The Role:
Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and providing excellent service.
Driving sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
Sharing your product knowledge and offering valuable style advice to customers.
Ensuring the store maintains an immaculate and inviting appearance.
Supporting transactions at the cash desk and efficiently managing the wrapping area.
Assisting with stockroom organization and the processing of deliveries.
Responsibility for opening and closing the store according to established procedures.
About You:
Previous retail experience is essential.
A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, and/or accessories.
A proven ability to engage with customers and achieve sales targets.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently.
Flexible availability to start ASAP.
