Running day-to-day kitchen operations Maintaining high food standards and consistency Helping shape menus and specials Playing a key role in planning summer events and pop-ups Leading by example and keeping the kitchen positive and organised Working closely with a supportive front-of-house team What were looking for

A confident, capable chef ready to step into a kitchen manager role Someone organised, reliable, and calm under pressure A team player with a good sense of humour Passion for good pub food and great service What youll get
