An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Kitchen Service Manager to join a growing hospitality street food brand as they expand their food-to-go concept in Lincoln.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared, cooked, and presented to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about food, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a busy setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a growing business, with the chance to influence standards, support team development, and contribute to the ongoing success of the brand.What we need from you:You will need previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant, street food, or fast-paced hospitality settingExperience in supervising or leading a team within a kitchen environmentStrong cooking skills with a good understanding of food preparation and presentationHold a Level 2 Food Hygiene/Food Safety certificate and have a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsThe ability to work well under pressure during busy service periodsExcellent communication and leadership skillsA proactive, organised approach with a positive, can-do attitudeA genuine passion for food and delivering a great customer experienceYou must be within commuting distance of Lincoln centreWhat the role involves:You will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operation, ensuring food is prepared and served to a consistently high standard. Duties will include:Maintain records and operate the kitchen online with EHO (Environmental Health Officer) 5-star standardsLeading and supporting the kitchen team during servicePreparing and cooking menu items in line with company standardsEnsuring food quality, consistency, and presentation is maintained at all timesMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygieneManaging stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing wasteSupporting with staff training and developmentMonitoring performance and helping to improve overall service deliverySalary: £15.00 per hour, increasing after probation period. Hours:This is a full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week). Shifts are worked across 7 days, with start times between 10:00am11:00am and finish times between 11:00pm12:00 midnight.
