Reduced membership at our Leisure clubs Free meals on duty (when applicable) Employee referral scheme Auto enrolment pension scheme Main Responsibilities Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans efficiently and in line with hygiene regulations Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly Keep floors, work surfaces and storage areas clean and tidy Dispose of waste correctly and efficiently Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy periods Receive and put away deliveries in accordance with health and safety standards Personal specification: Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Be able to work in a physically demanding role (standing for long periods, lifting, carrying) Ability to work as part of a team Good time management and reliability Basic understanding of food hygiene (training can be provided) Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends & holidays Shifts Due to the nature of the business the right candidate must be flexible with shifts: Early morning & Evening shifts.
