Sous Chef
Support the Head Chef in daily operations
Lead service and ensure smooth kitchen flow
Mentor and guide junior chefs
Uphold quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
Chef de Partie (CDP)
Manage your section with confidence and organisation
Maintain consistency during service
Oversee and support junior staff
Commis Chef
Assist senior chefs with prep and service
Learn and grow across different sections
Develop strong foundational kitchen skills
What Were Looking For
Experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene, have level 2/3
Positive, team - focused attitude
Genuine passion for cooking and learning
Offer
Salary: D.O.E SChef: from £36,000, CDP: £30,000, Commis: £13.5
Working Hours: to be determined with the head Chef
Start Date: immediate start
