Specialist SEN Schools | East Kent & Surrounding Areas
Are you a Primary Teacher considering a move for September?
We are working with a number of specialist SEN schools across East Kent who are beginning their recruitment for KS1 and KS2 teachers ahead of the September 2026 academic year. These settings support pupils with additional needs including SEMH, Autism (ASC), ADHD, and associated learning needs.
Whether you are an experienced SEN teacher or a mainstream primary teacher looking to move into specialist education, we would love to speak with you.
The Role
Our partner schools are seeking passionate and adaptable teachers who can create engaging, supportive learning environments for pupils with additional needs.

Delivering engaging lessons adapted to pupils' individual needs
Supporting pupils with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and additional learning needs
Using creative and differentiated teaching approaches to improve engagement
Working closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams, and therapists
Supporting pupils' academic progress alongside social and emotional development
Why Consider SEN Schools?
Teachers moving into specialist settings often highlight the benefits, including:
