Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded and supportive primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, to appoint a dedicated Key Stage One Primary Teacher for a Year 2 class of just 15 pupils, supported by a full-time Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and collaborative setting.

With an experienced and supportive staff team and an exceptional headteacher, this role is ideal for a KS1 teacher seeking a rewarding position with a manageable class size.
The successful Key Stage One Primary Teacher will:- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for a small Year 2 class
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with the Teaching Assistant and wider staff team
- Assess, track, and support pupil progress in line with the national curriculum
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- A small, focused Year 2 class of only 15 pupils
- Full-time Teaching Assistant support
- Supportive and approachable leadership team
- Ongoing professional development opportunities
