We're working with a supportive primary school in Birmingham where pupils face significant challenges in KS2 attainment. You'll be a confident KS2 Teaching Assistant delivering targeted interventions to help pupils prepare for SATs and supporting those with additional needs to make better progress.

This is a long-term role with the opportunity to stay on into the next academic year and build lasting impact.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver small-group maths and reading interventions tailored to need
Support Year 6 pupils preparing for KS2 SATs
Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with EHCPs
Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCo to implement support plans
Adapt resources and track pupil progress clearly and consistently
What We're Looking For:

Previous KS2 experience
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs expectations
Experience supporting pupils with SEND / EHCPs
Confidence to lead small group sessions independently
Patient, proactive and encouraging approach
