Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing primary school in Camden, which is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from March 2026.

Role Details

Location: Primary school in Camden
Start Date: March 2026 (Long-term contract)
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role & Candidate Requirements

In this role, you will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality classroom support to Year 3 pupils, offering small-group and one-to-one support to help pupils engage with their learning, complete tasks, and make strong academic progress. You will promote inclusive learning and positive behaviour management strategies, support pupils' social and emotional development.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children in a school or similar setting, be a proactive and motivated Teaching Assistant keen to make a positive impact in a flourishing primary school, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Graduates with a strong interest in education are encouraged to apply.
