As a Land Rights Coordinator, you will support and coordinate all land rights requirements on behalf of the DNO and Last Mile across all utility projects, working closely with every stakeholder, including the client. You will initiate the land rights process and guide it through to successful completion, ensuring all parties meet their obligations and every requirement is fully satisfied. Were looking for the successful candidate to be based at one of our offices, in Stonehouse (Gloucestershire), London, Warrington or Hamilton (Glasgow). Your responsibilities as a Land Rights Coordinator: Land Rights Initiation and Early Coordination Initiate the land rights process once a project is accepted, working with the Designer to ensure smooth progression. Contact clients and their solicitors to confirm instructions, establish communication channels and outline next steps, while notifying Last Mile and the appointed external solicitor of potential land rights requirements.
