Laser / Press Brake Operator

Are you an experienced Laser Operator with a passion for precision and quality? Join a dynamic and growing production team where your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality metalwork and fabrications.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Experience operating industrial lasers is essential
Knowledge of bending machines and press brake operations is beneficial
Familiarity with TruTops software (advantageous)
Positive attitude, team player, and proactive approach
Strong ability to work unsupervised and with initiative
Willingness to learn and support others within the team
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Operate industrial laser cutting machines (CO2 & Fibre)
Work with press brake machines (LVD experience preferred)
Use TruTops software for setting and operations
Interpret job sheets and ensure accurate, timely output
Adhere to safety procedures and quality control processes
Operate a forklift (training provided if required)
Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers
Handle various materials and operate within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Salary & Working Hours
Afternoon – Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm – 1:00am (4-day week)
