Role Overview:

You’ll be drafting bills of costs and preparing schedules/statements across a variety of cases including:

• Personal Injury
• Clinical Negligence
• Industrial Disease
• Credit Hire
• Commercial Litigation

You'll also advise clients, attend CCMCs/CMCs, negotiate budgets, and ensure accurate file reviews using Proclaim and CostsMaster.

What You’ll Bring:

✔ Proven experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson

✔ Confidence drafting bills and budgets across multiple claim types

✔ Familiarity with case management systems and CostsMaster

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet chargeable time/billing targets

✔ Self-motivation and excellent time management
