Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and practical residential layouts, from feasibility sketches through to detailed planning submissions Lead and coordinate design activity across internal teams and external consultants Translate client requirements into innovative and compliant design solutions Oversee the preparation of planning application packs, including layouts, house types, elevations, and street scenes Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to secure approvals Produce supporting documents such as Design & Access Statements and presentation materials Ensure projects meet programme de...
