Lead Developer - Remote UK - £70,000-£80,000 DOE

We're working with an organisation that is building a new platform and is looking for a Lead Developer to take technical ownership from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior full-stack engineer who thrives in a structured, enterprise-grade environment and enjoys staying hands-on while defining architecture, setting engineering standards, and driving secure delivery practices within a 'fail fast' product mindset.

The Opportunity

You'll lead engineering on the first product within a wider cloud transformation strategy. The platform consists of a .NET MAUI mobile application (iOS & Android), an Angular 21 web application, and Azure-hosted backend services built using modern Microsoft technologies. Reporting to the Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in defining architectural standards, implementing robust DevOps practices, and ensuring security, performance, and maintainability are embedded from the outset. This role blends hands-on development, architectural leadership, and close collaboration with Product, UX (Figma), and QA teams.
