Role Overview: As Lead EC&I Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering Electrical, Control & Instrumentation work packages across a range of projects. You'll lead a team of design engineers from concept through to client handover, ensuring technically compliant and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret design input and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions Manage and supervise engineering teams and design deliverables Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure compliance with UK H&S legislation Produce key technical documentation including schematics, cable schedules, FDS, and O&M manuals Support manufacturing, testing, and commissioning processes Lead design reviews and HAZOPs Implement design change control and contract variations

What We're Looking For:

HNC (or equivalent) with extensive engineering experience Experience in a regulated process industry (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Nuclear) Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and MS Office Familiarity with IEC 61508 is a plus Detail-oriented, innovative, and collaborative mindset
