Skills, Experience, and education required:
* Previous experience within a Food manufacturing environment
* Electrical / Mechanical fault-finding experience
* Experience with PLC’s
* Experience managing a small team of Engineers
Multiskilled Engineer
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Multiskilled Engineer, you will need to:
* Having experience working in a 5S environment and ensuring a tidy and clean as you go policy.
* Manage a small team of Engineers
* Schedule work with current engineering team and liaising with the production team to ensure all machines are well maintained and ready for production.
* Assess the competence and future proof the existing small team
* General maintenance of machinery
* Fault finding on the machinery within the factory
* Support multiple product lines
