This Lead Estimator role sits at the centre of a developing Cookstown team, focusing on interpreting construction drawings and producing technical schedules and quotations for specialist construction systems. Alongside your own estimating responsibilities, you will support the day-to-day coordination of the estimating function, guiding team priorities and ensuring enquiries are delivered efficiently. Working closely with project staff and clients, this Construction Estimator position combines hands-on estimating with leadership responsibility, offering genuine progression into senior leadership as the team continues to grow.
