You will shape the front-end strategy, lead a talented team, and guide a shift from a monolithic codebase to a modular, high-performance architecture. You’ll build reusable components, optimise real-time data visualisations, and set engineering standards that drive quality and innovation across the platform. What you’ll do:

About You:

4+ years in frontend development, including team leadership Expert in React and TypeScript, with strong state management skills Experience with high-performance, data-intensive UI and geospatial visualization Proven ability to drive architectural change and implement scalable processes Micro-frontend experience WebGL, DeckGL, or other advanced visualization tools Open-source contributions or technical leadership in complex systems
