*What You’ll Be Doing:*

As Lead Coach, you’ll be the energy and support behind our coaching team — a hands-on mentor, motivator, and role model. Your role will be split between *delivering amazing sessions* and *supporting the growth and development* of your fellow coaches.

Key responsibilities: * Lead by example in the delivery of fun, safe, high-energy *gymnastics and Ninja classes* * Mentor and support coaching team members, helping them build confidence and improve session quality * Provide training and development guidance to new and existing coaches * Support the Programme Manager with daily operations, staffing, and cover planning * Organise daily coaching responsibilities and ensure team coverage * Ensure all coaches work within their approved skill remit and follow Health & Safety guidelines * Support team meetings, safety checks, and feedback reviews * Handle parent/member queries and feedback with professionalism and positivity * Contribute to achieving club goals, including member growth and retention * Support with opening and closing duties as required * Help create a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable club culture for both team and members

*What We’re Looking For:* * Proven coaching experience (preferably in *gymnastics*, *parkour*, or *Ninja-style training*) * Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a coaching environment * Confident leading a team and developing others * High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about children’s development * Strong communication and customer service skills * Positive, solutions-focused mindset * Willingness to work *evenings and weekends*
