Lead the end‑to‑end validation, analysis, and reviews of models across the business. Work with models including scorecards and IFRS9. Drive the creation and review of validation reports, collaborating closely with model developers and owners to ensure findings are clearly understood.

Your skills and experience

Validated models experience in the consumer lending space. Coding experience in Python. Prior experience working with AI techniques (highly desirable). Experience within a FinTech (highly desirable).

Salary and benefits
