A Lead Project Manager is required to join our client’s team in the South Lincolnshire area. This role will be within the projects department.\nYou will be responsible for all project executions and assuring quality equipment is delivered to the client’s customers on time. You will be overseeing all phases of projects and ensuring the customer is kept informed at all times.\nTo be considered for this role, you must have experience in the flare manufacturing and combustion sector.\nYour duties will include:\n * Managing a wide range of projects and watching them develop from enquiry to commissioning to confirming quotations and supply.\n * Reviewing contracts and confirming what supply a customer needs based on details given to you.\n * Travel to customer sites for meetings, inspections and equipment needs, when required.\n * Co-ordinate all correspondence relating to the project such as communication with the customer and also internal communications within your teams.\nSkills and Qualifications\n * A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical)\n * Extensive experience and knowledge of the manufacturing sector (Oil & gas included)\n * Strong skills technically\n * Commercial understanding\n * Able to communicate well on all levels of professionality\n * Maintain relationships with customers and enhance them\n * Leadership is a big part of this role.\n * Highly organised\nThis position is a permanent role that will begin in September/ October 2025.\nYour pay rate will be £90,000 per annum along with an excellent benefits package.\nWorking hours will be 8:30 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday) subject to client demand.\nIf your application is successful at the first stage, a full job description and summary will be discussed with you
