Role Overview As the
Lead Software Developer , you will: Lead a small squad of 2-3 developers Remain hands-on with engineering Play a pivotal role in how the platform evolves 75% of your time on
Power Platform and Dataverse , under proper engineering discipline You'll sit between architecture and delivery - setting standards, influencing design, and ensuring the business gets scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade solutions. ?
What They Actually Want This is a role for a
Microsoft Business Applications engineer , not a low-code configurator. They do
not
want: Basic Power Apps builders Canvas-only backgrounds Pure functional consultants They
do
want: Strong
Dynamics 365 CE
engineering experience Deep, working knowledge of

engineering capability Experience building
