You enjoy combining people management with hands-on contribution and know how to strike a balance between guiding the big picture and refining the detail.You’ll bring experience in:Leading technical delivery within backend software projectsTypeScript or Node.js development, or similar backend technologiesDesigning and deploying services in a modern cloud environmentWorking with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and scalable system designAgile delivery and team collaborationBuilding for maintainability, performance and clear documentationExperience or interest in the following would also be valuable:Managing or supporting connected devices or remote systemsWorking with Linux-based systemsCI/CD, Docker or KubernetesInternal tooling, API design and service orchestrationFrontend technologies such as ReactNetworking, messaging protocols or event-driven systemsWe encourage applications from candidates with transferable skills or experience from different sectors.
