Job Description A global leader and long-standing pioneer in the music industry is building a brand-new D2C team . We are seeking a Technical Lead Engineer to be the driving force behind the architecture and delivery of a ground-up platform.

This is a technical leadership role , not a people management one. You will own the technical vision, set the standards, and lead by example without the overhead of direct reports, focusing entirely on engineering excellence and innovation. You aren't maintaining legacy code; you are building a brand-new platform from zero to one.

Who You Are
You are a heavyweight hands-on engineer with a track record of leading complex projects and making high-level architectural decisions.
Backend Experience: BE-Leaning role. Extensive professional experience with either Python or Node.js .
Frontend Expertise: Knowledge of React (and the wider JS/TS ecosystem) to ensure a seamless full-stack user experience.
E-commerce Pedigree: You have experience building transactional platforms, storefronts, or high-traffic D2C products.
